ePuffer electronic cigarette (or “e-cig “/ "e-cigarette") is an alternative to smoked tobacco products, such as cigarettes, cigars, or pipes. It is a battery-powered device that provides inhaled doses of nicotine by delivering a vaporized nicotine solution. In addition to nicotine delivery, this vapor also provides a flavor and physical sensation similar to that of inhaled tobacco smoke, while no tobacco, smoke, or combustion is actually involved in its operation.

What is inside ePuffer electronic cigarette and is it safe for humans?

The ingredients of ePuffer e-liquid formula (the juice that is used in our electronic cigarette cartridges) are:

• Natural Nicotine (extracted from green tobacco leaf, green paper and tomatos)

• Pharmaceutical Grade Propylene Glycol (PG) or Vegetable Glycerin (VG)

• Damascenone Nature-Identical Flavor:  woody, floral, herbal, green and fruity with spicy tobacco notes. Odor:  persistent fruity, floral; strawberry- and rose-notes.

• Maltol ( Used as a flavor enhancer in breads and cakes )

• Natural Menthol Crystals

• Other natural flavors extracted from Vanilla, Coffee and Cocoa bean

Most of the ingredients could be found in many fruits and vegetables and are known to be safe for humans. The FDA includes Pharmaceutical grade PG on its Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) list. The World Health Organization also considers it as safe for use.

The ePuffer™ electronic cigarette is not a medical device and ePuffer™ makes no claims to help a person quit smoking, however it has helped many people who wanted to quit or cut down on tobacco product intake. Our product is unique and totally different from nicotine gums, patches or any other solutions that are available on the market today. On average, it takes about 5 months for one to move down from High to Zero nicotine intake and once you are at zero nicotine, it is up to you how you want to handle your habit. You can simply stop (no more nicotine cravings), or continue your habit smoking zero nicotine cartridges.

One regular cigarette would be equivalent to 10-15 epuffs. The flavor strength and the thickness of produced vapor will eventually reduce so you will know when to replace or refill the cartridge with the E-liquid.

Almost every kit* includes two batteries of the same capacity. Recharge one while another is being used. One fully charged battery will last for smoking of one cartridge. The average battery lifespan is 350-400 recharge cycles. Average life per charge varies from 100 to 250 puffs**. Phantom battery capacity is 600-800 puffs per charge.

*E650 Cigar and NANO Value Kits have only one battery

What ePuffer models were featured on "The Doctors" Show in 2009?

The Original ePuffer EAZE MAGNUM Electronic Cigarette and Disposable Electronic Cigar appeared on “The Doctors” count down for the Top 10 Health Trends of 2009! The Doctors shared a positive opinion of the product, suggesting that it was a much healthier alternative for current smokers.

To test the effectiveness and " feel " of the product they had a volunteer try the ePuffer Magnum electronic cigarette. Being so satisfied with the product she quit smoking regular cigarettes altogether, and that was only after 2 days of using the ePuffer EAZE MAGNUM electronic cigarette!  She also stated that she would definitely suggest the product to her friends and family.  

The original EAZE MAGNUM electronic cigarette looks and feels like a real tobacco cigarette, making it comfortable and easy to use by any smoker. It comes in two parts - the first is a rechargeable lithium Inteli battery with a built-in micro computer and the other is a disposable atomized cartridge. Inside the cartridge you will find the nicotine pad and atomizing mechanism. Once the disposable cartridge is finished, all you need to do, is simply unscrew the used cartridge and screw on the fresh one. No cleaning or maintenance is required. Once again, The Doctor's reviewed ePuffer Electronic smoking devices on their show. The "Medical Emergencies You Can’t Ignore" episode was featured on March 8th, 2010.

Three different ePuffer models were introduced to act as “quitting smoking aids”. The Magnum REV-2 Electronic Cigarette was reviewed by Dr. Lisa Masterson, who took a few quick puffs to show how the product functions. Dr. Drew Ordon smoked the eCigar with such ease, while Dr. Jim Sears role-plays, acting as if he is perhaps a detective, smoked the ePipe. How to refill E-Puffer with E-liquid?

Magnum REV-2: To refill the cartridge detach it from the battery and pop the white plastic cap off using a thin metal object like an office pin or a fork. If you see a transparent rubber ring inside that should be removed as well.

Squeeze a few drops of e-liquid (8-10 for the Magnum) around the nicotine pad (cotton –like material) AVOIDING the center. *The number of drops is approximate. If the vapor production after refilling is not satisfactory add a bit more eliquid but at the same time be accurate not to overfill it.

Let the liquid absorb for 30-60 seconds and repeat the procedure one more time. To ensure the eliquid doesn't get on the atomizing element do not hold the cartridge vertically but at an angle. Put the plastic cover back in the cartridge. Now you can smoke the cartridge again.

Make sure you do not overfill the cartridge and let every eliquid drop absorb as overfilling will damage the atomizer and ruin the cartridge.

We do not recommend refilling the same cartridge more than two times to preserve the original taste quality and vapor volume. If you already tasted the burnt (near the end of the cartridge life), this cartridge cannot be refilled.

Phantom HD: Pop the silicon cap and fill the tank with eliquid leaving approximately 3mm space unfilled.

Elite Classic/Elite Mini: Detach the cartridge from the atomizer and squeeze a few drops of eliquid on the cotton-like pad inside of the cartridge. Let the liquid absorb for 30-60 seconds and repeat the procedure. Give it some time to absorb and make sure you did not overfill the cartridge. To preserve the original taste quality, we do not recommend refilling the same cartridge for more than 5 times.

You can save about 70% on cartridges when using e-liquid.

All products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the product for their own use and come with the following warranty limits:

I would like to return/replace the product. How do I do that and how to get an RMA number?

Customers must request an RMA authorization via our Trouble Ticket system prior to returning any merchandise to ePuffer.com
 
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items (bonuses) must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied. For hygienic reasons we will not provide refund for a used e-liquid and nicotine cartridges.

All warranties are voided if returned product is found to be abused, scratched, mishandled, mislabeled, modified, or altered in any way.
Customer is responsible for proper packaging of RMA returns. All warranties will be void on items that are returned inadequately packaged and are subject to 20% restocking fee if not in resalable condition.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all the shipping charges associated with returning the defective merchandise for exchange or refund.
